An open letter to David Cameron

The problem is that they use lanes dedicated for buses - the city is widely known here for its bus transportation system. So, from time to time a cyclist gets hit by a bus (and sometimes the story ends in a tragic way). If I'm not mistaken, there's a velodrome in the city. Here in Rio there's a velodrome (last used in the Pan-American Games '07) and some kilometers of bicycle-lanes - mainly along the beaches. However, if you're fond of climbing "walls", there are a couple of places you should visit, definitely. Besides, there is a pro-bicycle activism group organizing the so-called "critical mass" every last friday of the month.
